GRM Turns to H1 Connect to Deploy for Ukraine Trauma Surgery Training

H1 Connect Identified Qualified Candidates for Immediate Recruitment

Global Response Medicine (GRM) was looking for two qualified trauma or general surgeons to travel to Ukraine and conduct a trauma surgery skills course. In order to find qualified healthcare professionals (HCPs) in time for their anticipated deployment, they reached out to H1 Connect to help them identify physicians who fit the parameters and were willing and able to volunteer within the next two weeks.

H1 Connect supports non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by helping them build ready reserve rosters to ensure they can staff teams rapidly and efficiently at times of need. After receiving GRM’s request, the H1 Connect team analyzed the profiles of all of the relevant HCPs among the thousands in their database to find doctors who would be able to meet the needs.
